TLSG has been identifying and recovering unclaimed funds for corporate and public sector clients for more than 16 years. We have recovered in excess of 165 million dollars on behalf of our clients.

TLSG’s legal staff has successfully recovered funds from 94 bankruptcy courts, 53 abandoned property offices and hundreds of foreign, federal, state, and local government agencies. Our company is uniquely focused on identifying funds held by sources that are exempt from state abandoned property laws and those that are subject to statute of limitations. Those jurisdictions with statutes of limitations require owners to recover their monies within a prescribed period of time or risk forever losing the rights to claim their funds.

TLSG has developed industry leading proprietary solutions to maximize the identification of unclaimed funds belonging to our clients. Our automated search technology applies Intelligent Data Analysis (“IDA”) to our client search lists. TLSG’s IDA identifies potential claims that because of data anomalies such as misspellings, abbreviations, acronyms, and punctuation, would never be located in a manual search of web based databases. The ultimate benefit to our client is a comprehensive database of unclaimed property, including property that would not otherwise be located.

TLSG is responsible for all aspects of recovering our clients’ funds through the actual payment to our clients. The Corporate Recovery Associates and Claims Team are managed by our legal division and, consequently, are uniquely equipped to resolve complex recovery issues.

TLSG has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has been a member since 1995. We are also a corporate member of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization, an association dedicated to advancing and applying best practices in the unclaimed property field. In 2008, we received our WBENC certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise and this year our company was granted a Multiple Award Schedule Contract with the United States General Services Administration.
