Professional Recovery Services

TLSG only offers our Professional Recovery Services to select individuals for whom we already have identified unclaimed funds that we believe they are entitled to claim. Therefore, if you have received a call, an email or a written correspondence from TLSG, we have located unclaimed funds that appear to belong to you. TLSG's services simplify and expedite the recovery process necessary to reunite you with your lost monies.

TLSG, in search of "lost" monies belonging to individual like you, investigates and monitors the fiscal records of more than 1,200 governmental agencies and private archives nationwide. TLSG's staff then reviews the millions of records it has compiled in search of unclaimed funds due back to our prospective clients.

Once TLSG identifies funds due back to a prospective client TLSG's research professionals make use of countless historical and contemporary public records including change of address filings, voter registrations, telephone directories, city and town indexes, drivers' records, military registers, marriage and divorce filings, birth and death certificates, property ownership documents, and court records, to locate the prospective client. TLSG's legal staff also subscribes to certain paid databases and works with its own proprietary database to gather additional information.

Once TLSG locates the individual to whom we believe unclaimed funds are due, a Recovery Associate will send out the documents necessary to begin the recovery process. To initiate recovery, the client must execute a Professional Services Agreement and Limited Power of Attorney. Please note, TLSG does not request any fees upfront and will not be due a service fee unless our client receives his or her payment. All costs incurred in the recovery process are included in TLSG's fee. This cost protection provision is also included in TLSG's Limited Power of Attorney, which is restricted to assisting with this one specific recovery.

To ensure that the entity holding our client's funds is making payment to the rightful owner of these funds TLSG is required to provide the entity with official proof of our client's identification. Accordingly, the client must provide us with a copy of his or her driver's license or other government issued identification and, if requested, the client must also provide documentation verifying that he or she was or is associated with a specified address.
